RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Returns Exchanges and Sale items. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 5 business days of receipt, and we will be happy to issue you a refund or exchange.

Please note, the jewellery must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and must be returned in the box supplied. If the piece has been damaged, scratched or worn, we won’t be able to refund you. 

For exchanges, shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

If the jewellery is faulty on our part, please contact us within 5 working days. 

Please ensure the item is returned in it’s original box and unworn. We will refund or exchange the item including P&P if the item is found to be faulty on our part.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
